Let’s start by whisking together our dry ingredients in a large bowl. Which would be flour, sugar, salt. While in a seperate bowl put together your wet ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 375°F
Warm up your milk to a cozy, yeast-friendly temperature, then mix in the yeast to activate it.
Pour the melted butter with the warm milk
Mix together the wet and dry ingredients till doughy
Put down a little flour and kneading the dough till it's like elastic. try and make a figure 8 with the dough, if your able to make one then your all set.
Place the kneaded dough into a greased bowl and let the dough rise till it's doubled in size or for about 1 to 2 hours in your kitchen.
After rising, punch the dough and tear it into peices and create small dough balls. let them sit for a second while you make the sauce.
Make the coating of only cinnamon sugar and melt your butter in a seperate bowl. Then, put the dough ball into the melted butter and then roll it around the cinnamon sugar mixture.
When finished with all of the dough balls, put them all into the dutch oven. It doesn't matter about the placement.
Put the dutch oven into the preheated oven for 25 minutes or till they are golden brown.
When done let them cool and enjoy straight up or with a glaze.
